Dr. James Parker, an eccentric genius has been embezzling money from a number of financial institutions. Once a fugitive, he is now in the custody of the FBI, but no one has ever been able to find the stolen money. Parker has left clues to the location of this hidden treasure, but through cryptography and his own encryptions the clues are hard to decipher. Suspected to have accomplices in perpetrating his plan, Parker now sits alone in a federal prison serving his sentence. A case of mistaken identity ensues when a pair of thugs mistake two acquaintances as Parker’s accomplices and force them to find the hidden money. Without knowing of Parker or who these thugs might be, and with no other options they are forced along. Piecing together a puzzling assortment of clues they are led closer to finding Parker’s hidden fortune, leading these thugs to be even more convinced in their thought that these two friends know more than they’re letting on.
