A visual tour through the streets and monuments of the so-called Circuit of African Heritage in the region of the ancient port of Rio de Janeiro. A voice of an African slave evokes the past exploitation of slavery and the importance of memory. Buildings are demolished, the city never ceases to reinvent itself. People remain. And also the samba. |
