A down on his luck ex-cop turned jaded detective, mourning the death of his wife and son by drinking his cares away, is framed for the murder of a female client whose family is thought to be in possession of a very valuable diamond. While searching for the killer in order to clear his name, he is reunited with his former partner who has a secret, an old friend who has an agenda, and his own ugly past. Ultimately, however, it is one final and fateful meeting that will reveal all truth and decide his future. |
