Young record store clerk and aspiring writer Esko has just finished his first novel and wants to marry a colonel’s daughter. To get the father’s permission, Esko has to join the military. There, Esko has problems with his vivid imagination, so he fantasizes about himself and his superiors and comrade experiencing adventures in the French Foreign Legion or in a navy submarine. |
