Two former best friends and current fitness trainers each tell their version of the story of how their friendship fell apart. One trainer, Jimmy Loggins, is the creator of a worldwide fitness phenomenon called the Log Warrior Workout, while the other, Stephen King, is the proprietor of a small gym. Through intensive interviews and archival footage, a complex tale of jealousy, denial, and paranoia unfolds until it culminates in the two former best friends’ epic showdown.
