Amazing actors but kind of pointless and not as impactful as it wanted to be…
Somehow at least 3 top notch actors, 1 being Oscar worthy, who did great with what they had to work with but unfortunately, ultimately the producers failed them, they failed to capture the vulnerability and the intimacy needed in each scene to be able to hit the audience hard emotionally. Also, they didn’t make any one particular character really loveable (like Kendrick is known for being funny/quirky) or bonded with each other like they were family, so there’s no deep sense of loss. Something was definitely missing, Idk it wasn’t Apollo 13 but it did have me on edge more than once… All these movies using big actors but shooting less than mediocre movies is such a waste of their talents and time! They could be making great movies that have them shining and us watching! BRING BACK QUALITY FILMS WORTHY OF THE ACTORS IT HIRES! 🙏 thanks PW for the links👍
