I am used to seeing Matt Damon in more action movies. This one is slow and more reflective, with undertones of desperation and hopelessness. To me, Matt Damon played the script exactly right. It just is not the kind of movie that brings up one
s adrenaline or made me high having watched it. I don
t think any awards will be one for it. But with no great highs, heroes or excitement, I think it is much closer to real life that most movies. A solid three stars for me, mainly for Mr. Damon nailing the character.
