bigguy01 : this series led to the naked gun films
The second time Sorrentino has done a Biopic of an Italian President and I do not know which he hates most: gnome-like Andreotti and his political corruption or slimy Berlusconi and his moral corruption.
He certainly draws you into the world of scantily clad women with loose morals who will do anything just to meet Berlusconi let alone sleep with him. It is so heavy loaded with naked gyrating teens in the first hour you become inoculated to their superficial / vacuous charms - by the end of the film you see how meaningless this life is and how meaningless Berlusconi is in chasing these girls and his lost youth.
Generally it has all the sleek surface of The Great Beauty (2013) https://www.primewire.ag/movie/570619-watch-the-great-beauty without any of the depth and charm (it literally is a very beautiful film).
If you want more of the same from Sorrentino watch his Andreotti biopic Il Divo (2008) https://www.primewire.ag/movie/41904-watch-il-divo which is very good or his weaker Youth (2015) https://www.primewire.ag/movie/622982-watch-youth where more old men drool over young women.
