Can anyone explain why I have to login (and that proves my age how, exactly?) to view these links when every other pop up is a spread eagle whore having at herself?

Click on ‘settings’ next to your name at the top of the page.
Enter your birth date. That’s how your age is confirmed. And if you are getting pop-ups you need to install a pop-up/ad blocker. If you already have one, you need a better one. So uninstall the one you have and try uBlock Origin. Works great.
