THIS movie should’ve won the Oscar for Best Ever Film of 1991! It had Brian Bosworth (trying to transition from a career in The NFL), Lance Henriksen (who doesn’t like a movie with Lance Henriksen in it?!) Biker Action, Undercover Cop Action Drama in it. Pure 90ies Action Era Gold (right up there with the other epic movie “Harley Davidson and The Marlborough Man”)
