With the death of Subscene, the gold standard for subtitlers is gone & the opensubs site is seen as unsatisfactory for a number of reasons. The site however was scraped by coders & a 900 gigabyte gz tarball was made available as a torrent & magnet. Those who got hold of the rather large Subscene file did something with it. They created a new site called SubDL which is now regarded as the better sub site as of late.
