I enjoyed this, and the reason being I understand the overstated and hyper emotional tone M. Night is going for. There has really been only one MN film I didn’t like: The Happening. That stated, I also get why others expect something else, but that’s not his style. He use hyperbole and over dramatisation to accentuate a horrible and horrific point in all our lives. It’s not bad, it’s not great, but Josh Harnett is outstanding.
