breast feeding is so essential for a newborn baby. It sucks(excuse the pun) that the boomer generation it wasn’t taught to mothers like it was when I was bearing children. I’m so glad I went the natural route. Some babies that are born too soon don’t have the ability to suckle, like my daughter was unable too due to a congenital heart condition therefore I had to pump for her. I realize it’s not for every mother and would never judge someone that would prefer to use formula. However the breast is best IMO. If you are pregnant or want to become a mother one day learn all you can about breast feeding.
