So true when the man stated that over producing can get in the way of making good music. For one thing bands like Boston over produced their albums so much that when people went to see them live they sounded like sh*t. People want the music to sound just like it does on the record when playing live. That is why bands like Boston didn’t last they were essentially recording artists
