The series presents the adventures of the poor Nowik family, who move - through the lottery winner of a broth producer - from a block of flats to a luxury apartment building, inhabited mainly by well-known and wealthy people. They effectively hide their low social position, and the unknowing neighbors mostly like and count on their opinion.
