Culinary Godfather Jonathan Waxman makes Wood-Roasted Guinea Fowl with Tomato Salsa before whipping up a sweet Crostada with Pear,Marzipan and Whipped Cream. Not to be outdone, Scott Conant brings a taste of Tuscany to the ranch by making Roasted Potatoes with Herbs and Garlic, and his Fig Cake with Sweet Ricotta makes this a meal no one can refuse.
