Homeowner Tony Savvas has been working his way around his large beach home, knocking off project after project. Now he's come to the last project, a major kitchen renovation. He wants to update the space by putting in cabinets, appliances, a wetbar with built-ins, and crown molding. To block the fierce wind and the view of his neighbor's house, Tony also wants to close up a window. With John DeSilvia's help, Tony will tackle project after project, hoping to cut the contractor's bid and keep up to $10,000 for himself. Equity Boost - $12,525 |
