With a third child on the way, homeowners Devin and Susan just purchased a bank-owned foreclosure in order to be closer to family. They got a great deal on the house, but it came with a lot of work. They want to finish up the renovations quickly so they can finally move in. John DeSilvia comes in to show the couple how to get the job done without breaking the bank.
