In episode 16, James visits the historic Pegasus Bridge in Normandy. James sets up his mobile kitchen in one of the many Calvados orchards in the area, to make a dish of artichokes with hollandaise. James also visits restaurant Le Pavé d'Auge in one of the most beautiful towns in France, to see a chef who likes to cook with as much butter as him. |
