Kathy and Frank are looking to downsize now that their kids are grown up and out of the house. Unfortunately, they have to get their home sold first. Six houses in the neighborhood have sold in just the last month, but Kathy and Frank's house has been on the market for over a year without an offer! It's up to our design expert, Roger Hazard, to come up with a plan to get this house sold. Our builder, Charlie Frattini, has his hands full tearing out dated paneling, faux flooring and drop ceilings in every single room. With problems around every corner will we be able to make our deadline and get this house sold? |
