After a high-speed car chase comes to an abrupt end, police officers are shocked to discover a woman's dead body, but no driver. The detectives immediately suspect her jealous boyfriend, who divulges information that leads them to believe her job as a city bookkeeper was not as it seemed. Meanwhile, DDA's Dekker and Rubirosa set out to restore order in East Pasadena and will do everything in their power to win. |
