Gary is joined by Ben Shephard as he travels up into the mountains to Iona Wines where they pick grapes, have a lesson on wine aging and are treated to some home cooking. The pair then meet one of the country's youngest wine producers, Maanschijn, in Walker Bay where they get stuck in with some traditional wine making methods before sampling the best the winery has to offer and taking a trip down the Klein River. |
