Still waiting for the first funny line/joke in this God awful production… And it STILL got a 2.6 on IMDB. some actors must have upvoted it, because acting classes or funny delivery is not what they studied on lately. The only “ohh nice” moment was calling someone a “flapdrol”, but this needs to be getting better soon or it might as well be cancelled after 3 or 4 episodes..
This episode was better then the first episode but yeah it’s still not that funny with the only slightly funny person in this show being the woefully underused Catherine Tate.
Tate has always been amazing and “funnily enough” she is the one to use the word “flapdrol”…But not even for a Dutch role they used a Dutch person even though there are so many woman who could portrait that role perfectly.
I do agree it was a tick better then the first episode and i will keep watching it because of the “dutch” basis, but that will only keep me around for so long.
It reminds me of the space force show Netflix made…just even worse? I did find some stuff humorous in the pilot and maybe it can turn it around like Animal Control has. Probably not. But that show started pretty rough and now it is a solid B tier sitcom.
I think you mean Avenue 5?? I actually watched it and it made me chuckle as it was “stupid humor” which can not even be found in this show. This show was hyped till the tilt and only did 1.7il viewers first episode and i will be srprised if 1,3 remained after that first week. i normally look for the good in things and give shows once i start them a very long leeway, but this one drained out all its patience very very soon
