After a hopeless autumn with chronic torrential rain, Bård and Lars badly need a little encouragement. Bård gets wind of the fact that a forgotten relative from Skien has emigrated to the trout paradise of New Zealand. After the world's longest flight, Bård and the trio find the tone immediately, and Lars feels played out on the sidelines. But when the boys suddenly come face to face with the dreaded Maori tribe, Lars' basic course in social anthropology comes into its own. |
