She is focused and head strong in such an enduring way but still manages to quickly turn an entire division against her. They petition to get rid of her but she shakes it off…changes the way she deals with them instead of doing what most women would do with power and authority. She does her job in such a cute and passionate way that this show is a joy to watch.
