15 year old Katrina's carefree life in rural Australia is upended when her father's work sends him overseas, and she and her little brother Jamie are sent to the big city of Perth to live with their mother, whom they have not seen for several years. She is the veterinary scientist for a zoo, and seems more interested in the animals than in her children. Then Kat starts to experience strange nightmares. |
