Brian tracks it down and gets behind it, calling in more patrols to surround the vehicle and bring it to stop. The driver claims to have bought the car that morning for cash – with no receipt. Jan hits speeds over 100 mph just to try and catch the driver, then witnesses him swerving all over the road and bullying other cars out of his way.
