In City on Fire, a NYU student is shot in Central Park on the Fourth of July, 2003. Samantha Yeung is alone; there are no witnesses and very little physical evidence. Her friends' band is playing her favorite downtown club but she leaves to meet someone, promising to return. She never does. As the crime against Samantha is investigated, she's revealed to be the crucial connection between a series of mysterious citywide fires, the downtown music scene, and a wealthy uptown real estate family fraying under the strain of the many secrets they keep. |

For anyone who’s watched does this pick up at all or is it all like the first episode? Not sure if it’s worth the investment watching it
I only made it through the 3rd episode and gave up on it.
Appreciate the reply. I’m on the second and pretty close to dropping it
A pretty good barometer is to look at the last episode of the season and see how many stuck around and bothered to rate it. In this case only 1 person did. lol
