As a Czech, I have to say I was very disappointed with the portrayal of our police force in this episode. Clearly, storytelling prevailed over reality. Our laws surrounding rape victims are comparable to the USA. Our Police members (NCO’s) are highly professional, as are the trained specialists (officers) who handle these cases. Clearly, the production couldn’t get the cooperation of our police or even Czech citizens, because the actors spoke Czech with a HEAVY east European accent.
