A family of Neanderthals struggle to survive the harsh conditions of the Ice Age. Hollywood craftsmen, under the guidance of anthropologists and archaeologists, authentically reproduced the settings and the primitive world of early man.THE STORY centers around Korg, the leader of a small clan consisting of his brother Bok, and his own immediate family, a wife and three children. Cut off from the larger clan because of an act considered offensive to the leader.
