When a crooked arms manufacturer, Donald Block, is put on trial, he abducts the wife of the undercover agent who is going to testify against him. Chapel ends up getting Block jailed and then sets up a botched arms deal with the skinheads Block was dealing with. However, things go south when the skinheads have plans of their own for Block... and Chapel. |
