In this prelude to the feature, a young woman struggles to free her lover from a sadistic stranger. In the feature, an aspiring actress stakes her claim as the Laura Palmer of the YouTube age by faking her own murder on her popular vlog. She goes into hiding as her publicity stunt sparks debate across the blogosphere. Many people she’s never met mourn her apparent death while others suspect a hoax. Already dead to the world, our heroine soon finds herself the target of a sadistic stranger eager to watch real suffering. |
