Broken Frame (the movie that took 22 years to complete) is a movie with three chapters. The first chapter is Reconstructing Broken Frame, which explains the reason it has taken 22 years to finish Broken Frame. Broken Frame is the centerpiece. Detective Joe Mancuso is out to get a serial killer. He soon becomes ensnared in a web of his own making. The movie ends with Deconstructing Broken Frame.
