Tells the story of a reporter who, embittered by the claustrophobic nature of his career, decides to sit with an old typewriter on a busy street corner, with a sign announcing: “Instant Novelist”. By interviewing real people, and transposing their life experiences into Instant Novels, he sets out to discover fresh interpretations of old events. However, as the Novelist dives progressively deeper into the experiences of his subjects, he begins to lose track of where he started, sliding rapidly towards the film’s visceral roller-coaster of a climax. |
