Julian is on the verge of leaving his home in New York City for the first time in his life. He is mysteriously left an anonymous love letter, which encourages him travel around New York with the hopes of approaching its potential author. Along the way, with his friend James, Julian visits the places and people who made up his home in New York — acknowledging that they will soon be only be a memory.
