In the near future, a law has passed prohibiting the trade of digital information off the central network of communications. This network is overseen and run by the RCM Corporation, also in charge of chasing and capturing perpetrators of the consequential felony. It is in this dystopian future that Hermes, a young man full of life, meets the Girl. As a part of the Pigeons clan, the Girl will introduce Hermes to the unseen world of the runners who take information from point A to point B as fast as they can without getting caught. |
