Frank, a 70-year-old golfer and avid baseball fan, suffers a heart attack on the golf course. He’s hospitalized, giving his family an opportunity to say goodbye. His condition worsens and Frank succumbs to his ailment. The family honors Frank’s dying request by gathering for a large feast and spreading his ashes on his favorite golf course. Ash Wednesday is a touching, heartfelt and humorous look as a family copes with the passing of thier patriarch. |
