It’s Saturday night at the bingo hall, and Lucille and her pregnant daughter, Denise, arrive for some mother/daughter time. But its definitely not an evening of family fun as the two of them pick at old wounds, push each others buttons, and blame each other for the bad cards they’ve both been dealt. Denise thinks shes wasted her life. Her mother, Lucille, wouldn’t disagree. Denise’s fear of winding up in the same situation as her mother as a result of her own questionable upbringing leads her to make a drastic decision regarding her soon to be born child. This is not a love story. |
