Details:

Complex circumstances require multiple points of view, that is why this film developed it’s own collage aesthetics to explore what is necessary to understand the present time of Buenos Aires on the same day of the Argentinean independence bicentenary. A famous architect, two of the most respected academics on urban and architectural issues, a filmmaker, a Portuguese immigrant and Rolo, a unique ‘porteno;’ alternate their opinions with five short creative documentaries and a panoptic witness. Orchestral music played by children and a well achieved photography refers the experimental intentions of the film to a wider audience.
