For quite a while, Percy has been dreaming of his own apartment, - away from his current, scruffy shared flat, into something homely and beautiful. However, Percy does have his standards, and wouldn’t just settle for any run-off-the-mill housing. Finding his dream home is not an easy task, especially in Munich, one of Germanys most overpopulated and popular cities. After surveying countless nice apartments it becomes clear to Percy: competition is tough, and only who manages to impress one particular agent (Goldt) will get the finest flat that fulfils his every wishes. But Goldt always favours friends and buddies from his old-boy network, so Percy decides to go along, tries to get to know Goldt better, and win his sympathy. While Percy turns himself into any person he thinks the realtor might appreciate, he intrudes Goldts private and professional life - a scheme that gradually turns into an obsession.
