In this homage to the 1920s silent film era meets 1970s schlock horror, all the birds in the world disappear under mysterious circumstances much to the dismay of Mev, an avid aviary lover. Five years later, he wallows in misery much to the contempt of his neglected girlfriend Meg. In a final effort to win back his love, Meg takes Mev on a picnic only to find that the birds are back, zombified, and looking for revenge. Now she will have to battle hordes of zombie birds in order to prove to Mev that real love is worth more than bird-love. |
