The ‘End of a Melody’ is a tragic story of a young man who makes the decision to give into the destructive ways of peer pressure. Underage drinking is a huge danger in society today and is getting worse. After a track meet, the friends go out to a party. While driving along, Jazmin notices signs of Trae and Lamon intoxication. As they argue, Trae swerves off the road and hits a tree. Days later, Trae is walks through a cemetery and approaches Jazmin’s tombstone. He regretfully places a rose on her grave knowing it’s his fault she’s no longer alive. Trae realizes now the dangers of underage drinking and driving. Unfortunately, it is too late for his girlfriend Jazmin. |
