A shy young man, Christopher Eisley, pines for Holly West, a young movie actress who vanished in the 1940’s. On the anniversary of her disappearance, Christopher is awakened by a mysterious force that transports him through a movie screen and into an alternate universe called Hollywoodland. Discovering that Holly West is being held captive by the evil silent movie queen, Sheila McNair, Christopher finally gets his chance to play the hero. |
