Phil Peel’s ‘Emily’s Dance’ is a story of two women; one old, one young, both called Emily. It’s a bittersweet tale of their developing relationship as the old Emily, a scatty and irritating character (Margaret Reeves) decides to latch onto the young woman (Joanna Kirkland) However the old lady gets arrested for shoplifting and we discover that they have both met before under very different circumstances. |
