‘Forlane 6 Studio’ is part of the ‘I Am’ project, a documentary series about new contemporary artists all over the world; this story - shot in Crete, Grece - is about a young, french couple: Hortense and Mathieu. They use to live on a little old sailing boat, the Forlane 6. They are artists and divers and their work is based on the design and implementation of underwater installations and their exposure through the documentation photo collection. ‘What we do is to give a new life, a new purpose to objects used for less than a a day and then thrown away. The element of water makes this experiment unpredictable surprising us every time’ |
