Timothy Ormezzano and the director Danilo Monte retrace the streets of Genoa eleven years after the G8 in 2001. Timothy was unjustly beaten and jailed, a scar on his face every day reminds it to him. Danilo was also in Genoa as a protester and he was friend of Timothy from his university days. Along with the other protagonists of those events, Don Gallo, Giuliano and Heidi Giuliani, and in particular the father of Timothy, Giampaolo Ormezzano, the two guys perform a path of memory and hope. An honest and direct dialogue between two friends and between father and son, to give a sense to the disappointment of an entire generation. |
