Whilst claiming all his neighbours are voyeurs Hancock is keen to spy on the man moving in next door. The new occupant has a large collection of books on real-life murders and evidence suggests that he is a serial killer. In fact he makes waxworks but Hancock mistakes the models for corpses and calls the police, getting a visit from an incompetent constable and ending up in the chamber of horrors. |
