The history. The basis of the tale. Isabel finds herself alone in an isolated spot. Her safety is threatened with the arrival of a mysterious stranger who, by challenging her set ideas, makes her lose her mind. But she has a loaded hunting rifle. A weapon which she can use. A weapon which provides her with the sense of security of which her fear has deprived her. But her husband Gonzalo comes to look for her before the argument leads to more. And then the unexpected occurs leading to an even worse solution: Gonzalo can’t see the stranger.
