Mackenzie and Alexander make up one half of an up and coming indie rock band, whose once meager audience is finally beginning to grow. While on tour the couple discovers that they are unexpectedly pregnant. Feeling ill equipped and unable to provide for a child (after all, they’re crashing on couches and living off Hot Cheetos), the couple decides to have an abortion. After the procedure, Mackenzie and Alexander take a look at their relationship and find themselves face to face with an unstable future. LOSING IT is a touching and intimate look at relationships and idea of family in the modern age. |
