After struggling for ten years in obscurity, New York City poet and performance artist Winslow Bennett is desperate for recognition. He sure his new show, ‘The Tunnel Visionary’, based on his book of 46 poems about the New York City Subway System, will bring him the acclaim he deserves. Student filmmaker David Weisman digs into Bennett’s childhood on Long Island, traces his early days in New York, and follows him through his creative process. In the process they form a bond that will culminate in the show that will change both their lives. |
